If you wish to return or exchange a product, please call our customer support team within 7 days of receipt of your order at 855-276-9775, 9am to 5pm, Eastern Standard Time. You can also initiate a return request by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, phone number, order number and reason for return. All products being returned must be in the same condition as received.
We will gladly accept returns for:
- Products in their original condition, have not been open, used or worn
- Products that do NOT have broken seals or have been tampered with
Returns will be accepted if product is returned within 30 days of receipt. We cannot accept any returns for opened or partially used items, unless the product is defective.
Once you've notified us that you would like to return your unopened and unused items, you will receive an RMA number from us. Please seal up the items you are returning in the box they arrived in, along with the RMA number and return to:

You will be responsible for all shipping charges for the return package.
Once we receive your return, we will issue a credit or refund within 5 business days and send you an email confirmation. Please keep in mind it may take additional days for your bank or credit card company to process the credit to your account. Refunds will be issued for purchased products only. We will not issue a refund for original shipping costs.
